Tire Valves are used for supplement and discharge the gas inside tire, also keep the tire pressure balance. Nowadays,most of tires are Tubeless tires. Valves and tire are separated with each other. It is installed on the rims.

Metal+natural rubber valve

Rubber valves are the most used for tire,because the material is cheap and handle costing is not expensive .So it is popular than steel valves. 

But ,the rubber material is easy to aging,valves will turn crack,deformation and loss elasticity little by little. When you are driving,the rubber valve will occur deformation with the centrifugal force shake.Thus,will speed the the aging .Valve’s using time is 3 to 4 years, almost same as the tire’s. So when you change car tire,it’s better to change the valve.

Also, the weight of valve will make effect on the dynamic and vehicle reed quality. (the reed quality is more small,the dynamic more better. Natural rubber valve’s weight is about 70g, it is the suitable for Vehicles.

Installation,there are 4 kinds method to install it:Screw, Compact and Snap-on. Rubber valve is snap-on. But the weakness is single using. ,once pull it down,no use again.
