A, use

2. Usage

1. If the oil level of the pump body is insufficient, the working oil (32# hydraulic oil or 10# transformer oil) should be added to the pump before operation.

2. Estimate the starting weight and avoid over loading.

3. Select the lifting point of the jack to ensure that the center of gravity of the weight is perpendicular to the top surface of the jack. At the same time, it must take into account whether the ground is soft and hard with tough wood to avoid the risk of dumping when lifting.

4. After lifting the weight, the weight shall be supported by tough wood timely. It is prohibited to use the jack as a support.

5. When using, first connect the quick joint of the manual pump with the top, then select the position, tighten the oil drain screw on the pump, and then work.Loosen the drain screw and unload the oil cylinder.

6. This series of jacks are engraved with red ultra-alert, which is strictly forbidden to use ultra-warning line.

Points for attention

A). In case of any blanking, you can loosen the oil drain screw on the pump body first, then make the pump body vertical up and head down for a few blanks, then tighten the oil drain screw, and continue to use after a strong feeling.

B) when there is a load, do not unload the quick joint to avoid accidents and damage to the machine parts.

C) the machine is oil based, so the maintenance of the oil and the equipment must be done to avoid blockage or oil leakage which may affect the operation effect.

D), new or old hydraulic jack, because there is much air in the cylinder memory, the piston rod may start to have a slight jump phenomenon, which can invert the hydraulic jack to and fro 2 or 3 times, so as to exclude the air in the cavity.For a long time idle jacks, due to the long-term non-working of the sealing parts caused the hardening of the seals, thereby affecting the service life of hydraulic jacks, so hydraulic jacks when not in use, will be empty reciprocating movement of hydraulic jacks 2-3 times a month.
