Hydraulic Portable Separation Jack

10 May 2024

The use of a hydraulic portable breakaway jack usually includes the following steps:

1. Preparation:

Make sure the work area is safe and clear surrounding obstacles to ensure adequate operating space.

Check the condition of the hydraulic portable breakaway jack to make sure it is intact and the hydraulic system is functioning properly.

2. Place the jack:

Place a hydraulic portable breakaway jack next to the component that needs to be lifted or separated, making sure the jack base is stable and in smooth contact with the ground.

3. Adjust the position:

According to the work needs, adjust the position and angle of the jack to ensure that it can correctly lift or separate the target parts.

4. Connect the operating lever:

Attach the operating rod or handle to the hydraulic pump handle of the hydraulic jack, making sure the connection is secure.

5. Pump pressure:

Operate the hydraulic pump handle to start pumping liquid into the hydraulic cylinder.

As the hydraulic system becomes pressurized, the jack will begin to lift or apply a separation force.

6. Adjust the lifting height:

Continue pumping fluid until the target part reaches the desired lift height or degree of separation.

Adjust the operating lever as needed to ensure control of lift speed and height.

7. Get the job done:

After completing the lifting or separation task, stop operating the hydraulic pump so that the hydraulic jack maintains the desired position.

Secure or support the target component and safely remove the hydraulic jack.

8. Cleaning and maintenance:

Clean your hydraulic portable breakaway jack after use and make sure it is in good condition.

Regularly inspect and maintain hydraulic systems, including fluid levels and leaks, to ensure they are safe and reliable for use.
